mon - 10km run (fast, time trial)
tue - 10km run (slow recovery)
wed - 1.5km swim (endurance)
thu - 22km run (moderate, 6 minutes/km pace) & yellowfish torture swim session
fri - 20km cycle (slow orientation)
sat - 10km run (moderate)
sun - yellowfish chalet: bike, run, lunch and chit chat get together =)
